Making Sense Of Your Situation

That’s how I usually answer when people ask what I do. Really I’m a sense-maker.

When I write, it’s about making sense of this fast-changing, rapidly secularizing world in which we live.

That’s how I help ministries, too. I listen to you. I observe with you. I ask questions alongside you. I study your situation.

And what leaders all over the country have said is (in one way or another), “Thank you. It makes a lot more sense now, and I know what to do.”

Understand Deeply

“When we met with Tom and reviewed our ministry plans—which he had worked with us in advance to develop and refine—he identified some weak links that could have damaged Ratio Christi’s long term sustainability. Rather than telling us what to do, he gently guided us in the right direction. We continue to enjoy the relationship, and are constantly picking his brain.”

Minister Wisely

“The planning sessions Tom led for us brought clarity out of chaos…. we were starting to get scattered, and it helped us to set the major top tier goals, which we’ve been following for the past four years. We’ve organized leadership groups to focus on these goals, which has enabled us to give volunteers direction on how to move forward.”

 Help For What You’re Facing

You’ve prayed.

You’ve followed Christ to the best of your ability.

You still feel far from accomplishing what you believe God has called you to do. Your ministry seems far from what he wants us to be.

Why? What’s missing?

For those who have truly prayed, trusted, and followed, what’s missing might just be a matter of your strategies.

write and speak on Christians’ life and witness in a changing world. More to the point, though, I’ve helped Christian leaders around the country and around the world to increase their ministry effectiveness.

Are you ready for an experienced Christian thinker and strategist to work these things through with you?

Send me an email, please. I’d love to be able to help you, as I have dozens of other leaders and ministry teams.
